Terms & Conditions
Last updated 2026-07-03
These terms govern your use of this website and, at a general level, engagements with Guralnik.Dev. They don't replace the specific written agreement (scope, price, timeline, deliverables) that governs any individual project — that agreement takes precedence over anything here.
1. About this site
This website is operated by Elias Guralnik, trading as Guralnik.Dev, based in Israel. Content on this site — pricing ranges, timelines, and descriptions of past work — is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. A quote becomes binding only once confirmed in writing for a specific project.
2. Using the website
You may browse this site and use the contact form for legitimate inquiries. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit the contact form in bad faith (spam, automated abuse).
3. Intellectual property
The design, code, and copy of this website belong to Guralnik.Dev unless otherwise credited. Client project deliverables (code, designs) are governed by the intellectual property terms agreed in that project's own contract, not by this page.
4. No warranty
This site and its content are provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date but don't guarantee it's free of errors or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Guralnik.Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be excluded, and nothing here overrides mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country if you're a consumer in the EU or elsewhere.
6. External links
This site links to third-party work samples and profiles (e.g. client sites, GitHub, npm, LinkedIn). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory protections you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
